What is an API

An API is
a handover point for data.

API (Application Programming Interface) means a window between programs. It is an exit built so machines can take a service's data directly. No one opens an admin screen or downloads a CSV — it arrives in the shape you set.

What goes to the AI is only column names and types for data. The data itself is never sent.

How much data can it handle?

In real use, one month of 192,218 rows of line items is pulled in 11.6 seconds . A 70-column, ~280,000-row shipping ledger finishes, writing included, in under 10 minutes.

What about spreadsheet limits?

If you approach the 10-million-cell limit per file, you can choose which columns to output. Files can also be split by month or category.

Is our data safe?

We do not store the line items on our servers. Output goes to your Google Drive, and access is limited to files this service created and files you select.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you use. We will suggest a plan and a quote — just ask.
