About us

Systemize work, create
happiness.

Work shouldn't run on individual effort alone. We turn daily chores and repetition into systems, so anyone can do their work without strain. From those systems, we create happiness for the people who do the work.

Mission / Vision / Value

Mission, Vision, Values

MISSION

Through systems, create free time for working people everywhere.

VISION

Build a world full of happiness, together with workers and businesses.

VALUE

Put tools that dramatically raise productivity into the hands of businesses.

Philosophy

We build open
workplaces that
keep improving.

Know-how Working systems Improvement

Improving the work of improvement itself.

Every organization holds judgment that has never been put into words. Who moves, when, and how — it accumulates quietly, as the experience of the people on the ground. Right now, that know-how lives only in individual memory.

Using AI-era technology to turn it into working systems, so the organization can keep improving on its own — that is what OpsEngine is fundamentally about.

Services

Services

In-house products, and hands-on client work. Both are the same job: turning frontline know-how into working systems.

01

Building an operations OS

Contract development — building on site, where there's no IT staff

We work on site and build the whole system that keeps operations running — from marketing and hiring websites to custom tools on Sheets + GAS. You also receive the outline and blueprints (.md), so after launch you can grow it yourselves, with AI.

iPaaS for small business

OpsEngine Connect — connect systems, move data

It gathers what you need from scattered systems into your usual spreadsheet. Shaping the columns is just an instruction to AI. Save conditions, recall them, and run on a schedule. usable by teams with no engineer on staff — that's the design premise.

03

Custom APIs and managed reporting

Client work beyond OpsEngine Connect

We build a custom API that returns your cleaned-up numbers in the same shape every time, hand it over together with its manual (the API reference), and keep it running in the cloud. We can also take the monthly reporting off your hands — that works as a starting point too.

Build a real website yourself, with AI

Tutorials — no agency, your own hands. Actual costs from about ¥35,000

"AI makes something polished, yet it somehow doesn't fit my business." How to resolve that, plus a ready-made list of prompts — published as paid articles on note. This very site is an example, built exactly that way.

TOY & TOI — play, and inquiry

Stickers, illustrations, web design. Before making it look good, we ask who should feel what — the same order we work in on process improvement. Pieces inspired by Enoshima and the Shonan coast.

Story

The ones with the problem
were us.

OpsEngine Connect came out of our own work, where the same monthly reporting kept eating our time. Inside other companies, the bottleneck sat in exactly the same place. A tool built for the one company in front of us turned out to work everywhere else too.

01 / On site

Every month: download CSVs from admin screens, then total them up.

At a logistics site, pulling a month of billing lines and reconciling them into a single sheet — that job came around every month. If the numbers didn't match: download again, line them up again.

02 / In client work

The same scene at every company.

Doing automation work for clients, we noticed something. Different companies, the same bottleneck. Numbers split across services, gathered by hand, into the same monthly sheet.

03 / The first tool

190,000 rows became one sheet in 11.6 seconds.

We built a tool that pulls billing lines straight from the service's API. 192,218 rows in 11.6 seconds, straight into a spreadsheet. Half a day of work became just the wait.

04 / Now

"Wouldn't this be the same for any system?"

The source changes; the work doesn't. Gather, align, deliver to the usual spreadsheet. We carved out just that part and made it usable by anyone. That is OpsEngine Connect.

05 / What's next

Before handing work to AI, build something worth handing over.

The era of trusting AI with company numbers is nearly here. What you need first is your own data, arranged so AI can read it. Flexible yet stable — building a custom API for your company is one of our core focuses from here.

Getting ready for AI

AI-Ready

Getting ready to trust AI with your numbers starts with having your own data in a form AI can read. Flexible yet stable, a custom API built for your company — putting that in place is one of our core focuses from here.

One manual, for people and for AI

Your API reference is the manual you hand a colleague — and the manual you hand an AI.

Illustration: identically shaped cards coming out of an API in neat rows

A fixed shape means stability

Less room for an AI to misread a raw table: the same shape comes back every time.

Flexible as things change

Not off-the-shelf. As AI advances and your operations change, the API changes with them.

About

Understanding the actual work
is the advantage now.

"We tried AI, but we still can't put it to work day to day." We hear that a lot. What matters isn't which tool you use, but which task, and where in it, you apply it. We start by mapping the workflow, then automate only the parts that need it.

Understand the work first

We start from why the work is stuck, not from what to build. Technology is the means; the goal is giving time back to the people doing the work.

Start with the tools you already have

Gmail, Sheets and Drive stay as they are. We don't assume you'll replace your systems. Results arrive where you already work.

Design the split between AI and people

We separate what AI can decide from what people should decide. Not full automation — the right division of labour.

Decide after you see it running

You see something actually working before you commit. Even in the AI era, checking that it runs before you sign hasn't changed.
